Yet a poor person with cancer is far more likely to die than a rich person because the poor person will not receive the same treatment. Are the chances of somebody surviving a serious illness directly proportional to the size of their wallet?
‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal’. Is this not a paradoxical statement?
