Helth Cover

I will be living in South Korea for a year but will also be travelling on short breaks to other places in Asia. I’m unsure what kind of insurance I need, do i get long stay, backpacker, multi-trip. I need to be insured for my belongings, medical cover.. Any advice would be great. Many Thanks.
