Last, you have the tread climbers. Tread climbers are one of the latest cardio training machines on the market. Manufacturers claim that the device is the best cardio workout. The reason for this maybe because of the combined treadmill and climbing function of this equipment. One downside though is that you cannot run on this equipment. You can walk though. However, the calories burned are much larger. You really do have to pull your body up using the handles. Keep in mind that you need to hold the handles very tightly when using this machine.
