Our mission is to help people with cystic fibrosis that need or have had a double lung transplant and their families to cover costs and other necessary expenses not otherwise covered by medical insurance and typically absorbed by the patients’ families. Families in this situation have more important things to take care of, like the emotional support for the person going through this life-saving procedure If you would like to help our organization, please complete the mailing list form below.
