i got hit with a glass in a nightclub and dropped my bag at the time, i picked my bag up and my phone and fell out but couldnt find it. i then got taken away with the bouncers and given medical attention by paramedics. i reported the phone lost at the time to the club owner and phone company then, and was never found at the club. i pay insurance that cover loss and theft so should they pay out? im heard they might not?
