Mike Pence and Maxine Waters, in which Dole didn’t think a reform bill without a public option would pass (“I wouldn’t go that far”) , Pence argues that “the federal government is spiraling out of control,” and Waters questions Republicans’ lack of an alternative to Obama’s health reform proposal. “You don’t have a bill. Where’s your bill?”
