I need to write a letter to my GP saying that I am allowing a medical service from an insurance company access to my full medical records. I’m stuck on what to say. Please help! Thanks
Hi Hannah, they initially gave a letter for me to sign to confirm that I give access to full medical records but I didn’t want to give my full records so i didn’t sign it. But I’m ok with giving it so that’s why I have to write a letter! Thanks for your help!
