My 77yrs aunty is on holiday in France with my parents. A 3 yr old child rode his bike into the back of her and she fell and broke her leg(femur). She was taken to hospital and it turns out she has no medical insurance. The hospital have pinned her leg and said she needs medical evacuation to UK. How much would this cost and could they pursue the cost via the 3yr olds parents travel insurance?

I wasnt saying sue a 3yr old u dunce-even if I did how the hell would u cross examine a 3yr old in court u baffoon and as for tellin me I shouldve couldve done this… how does that solve the problem? read a question before your carer lets u loose on a pc. For info. Im not there and its my mother that has arranged the holiday, all I wanted was an answer to the question. On another note thanks for the info everyone else, much appreciated at this tense time instead of tellin me I shouldve put the lid on the milk bottle first!
