Hi, my uncle is a british citizen but has been living in the US for about 25 years he needs some urgent heart surgery but cannot afford to pay privately in the US, what rights does he have to come back to the UK for the treatment?

If not i presume he can get it done privately in the UK and its most likely to be cheaper than in the US is that correct or does anyone know anything about this?
