It saddens me that so many animals are put down because their owners cant afford to pay for medical treatment.

I agree with Amanda, pet insurance is not expensive. Also I think that if you cant afford pet insuance, you should think twice to weather you can afford a pet. I think before getting a pet you should understand the costs involved. Pets are living things and should be treated with the care they deserve. Some people treat them as toys for their kids and when the kid gets bored just abandon them. Makes me so angry.
