can you advise I will be filing for divorce in the next couple of weeks, husbands been abusive arrested 3 times over the last 7 years of marriage.Will have to support me at all?? I have graves disease am sure it has not been helped by my situation, but medical insurance is important, I do not have insurance with my job. I am British and have my green card if that makes any difference. Any advice would be appreciated, and I would have got out of the marriage sooner if I had been able to. Thanks
