Im a new driver not passed my test yet but not far away and i need to know what is the best car you can get for cheap car insurance maybe top 5 cheap cars for new drivers or something!
im un employed due to medical reasons at the moment, but recovering well 
so i cant afford nothing to exspensive
im 18 and i have a provisional but will have a full licence soon
