hi, two people were in my car we were involved in a crash, was my fault, it happend about 2-3 months ago now and they have decided they want some compensation they never went to get medical attention for “whip lash” and they never had seat belts do they have a viable claim against me?
front passenger broke windscreen with head as a result of no belt, be my amunition to stop them getting compensation off my insurance.
