With a ‘free’ NHS we will always make the’ easy’ choice when it comes to health.
Will TAX unhealthy lifestyles reduce the cost of the NHS by increasing the number of people who take more responsibility for their health and reducing the number of ill people. And increase revenue, because with any overhaul of the NI tax system they will inevitable increase revenue.
We have TAX bandings so why not this for NI?
